WORSHIP - Visitors are always welcome for regular worship services at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays.
Special Worship Services First Presbyterian also invites you to special worship services throughout the year.

Ecumenical Worship - We join with St. John Lutheran Church, Ely and Shueyville United Methodist Church for Ecumenical Thanksgiving and Easter Sunrise worship services which feature a joint choir.

Children and Youth from the community are invited to be a part of our Sunday School and Youth Group.  You don't have to be a member of the church to join in on the fun. 

Adults are welcome to join our Adult Bible Study on Sundays at 11:00 a.m. or our Small Study Groups held on selected Sunday evenings at 6:30 p.m.

Vacation Bible School, held in the month of June, is open to all children in the surrounding community, pre-school through 5th grade. Call the church office 848-4624 for information.

Kolach Kamps are held several times a year when our bakers gather in the kitchen for to bake kolaches.  LEARNERS are welcome to come and work along-side experienced bakers, and learn the art of authentic Czech kolach baking, a tradition of our church.  Contact the church at 848-4624 for more information.  Read about Kolach Kamp.

Annual Tractor Ride - Held (usually) in August, the tractor ride offers Christian fellowship with our friends & neighbors as well giving salute to our church's agricultural heritage.  A limited number of seats are available to those who wish to ride along in wagons pulled by tractors.  A morning lunch of kolaches & beverages and a noon meal with music is included in the day.  Rides typically last from 8 a.m. to 4:30 or 5 p.m.  Must be 18 years of age to participate.

Our Chicken Noodle Soup and Kolach Supper is held yearly in October to which the community is invited. We also feature a country store with home-made bakery, home-canned items, crafts and other items.
